If you have any questions, concerns, or issues whatsoever regarding your orders, please feel free to contact us.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item/per order basis. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. However you may be eligible for our complimentary customer return discount for future orders.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
Free Promotional items cannot be exchanged.
All sales are final outside the U.S.
